Tribal Fusion Combinations:
Want to spice up your dance vocabulary? Learn Atash Maya stylized combos created by Steven. All combinations are based on the fundamentals of American Tribal Style (ATS), which can be used in improvisational dance or choreography. This class is for all levels and variations will be taught so everyone is challenged. A background in ATS is recommended but not necessary. Please bring plenty of water and a yoga mat (if desired) for yoga/pilates based warm-up. The class will include a warm-up & cool-down, technical drills relevant to the workshop, and combinations.
